All Orders are handled on a first in, first out basis. If we have problems with any of our services we will do all we can to correct the problem, and email our customers with the estimated time for the problem to be corrrected.

1.) Leads orders are filled as quickly as possible. You will receive a 10% to 20% overage with each order to compensate for any bad phone numbers. Leads are delivered via email in text, excel or csv format..

2.) All Sales are final. There are No Refunds.

3.) Biz Source Plus is not responsible for leads delivered, but not received, due to being given an incorrect email address. We are not respondsible for leads not picked up in a timely fashion due to being sent to a spam or bulk email folder. We are also not responsible for leads delivered, but blocked by your ISP.

4.) Biz Source Plus reserves the right to terminate this agreement anytime, with or without cause. Termination notice may be provided via email or any other public means and will be effective immediately.

5.) The relationship between Biz Source Plus and the Client will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Arkansas. Client hereby irrevocably consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Arkansas and the federal courts situated in the State of Arkansas in connection with any action arising between the parties.

6.) By agreeing to this Agreement, the Client warrants that Client (or Authorized Representative of the Client) is at least 18 years of age, and that and that there is no legal reason that Client cannot enter into a binding contract.

7.) If any of the terms are held unenforceable, the reminder of the terms shall remain in effect.

    If a dispute arises under this agreement, we agree to first try to resolve it with the help of a mutually agreed-upon mediator in the following location: Arkansas. Any costs and fees other than attorney fees associated with the mediation will be shared equally by each of us.

    If it proves impossible to arrive at a mutually satisfactory solution through mediation, we agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration at the following location: Arkansas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitration may be entered in any court with jurisdiction to do so.

    Biz Source Plus may modify these Terms of Use, and the agreement they create, at any time, simply by updating this posting and without notice to you. This is the ENTIRE agreement regarding all the matters that have been discussed
