The relationship between BizSourcePlus.com and the Client will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Arkansas. Client hereby irrevocably consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Arkansas and the federal courts situated in the State of Arkansas in connection with any action arising between the parties.

If any of the terms are held unenforceable, the reminder of the terms shall remain in effect.

By agreeing to this Agreement, the Client warrants that Client (or Authorized Representative of the Client) is at least 18 years of age, and that and that there is no legal reason that Client cannot enter into a binding contract.
